When we learn about the science behind yoga, we naturally have a lot of questions, including what are the benefits, what are the proper breathing and meditation techniques to use during yoga, what are the right postures, and how to incorporate yoga into daily life, etc.
In order to answer all these queries and to demonstrate the postures of Yoga DJJS Aarogya organised Vilakshan Yog Shivirs in Tarn Taran, Punjab, India and Fresno, California in the month of July 2022.
Expert facilitators from DJJS presented spiritual discourses and meditation techniques in addition to presenting yoga asanas. They provided a full explanation of the ancient science of yoga, including how it fosters a connection with God and offers one of the most effective cures for a number of pressing mental and physical problems.
Everyone who participated in the programme, both in India and California, expressed their appreciation for these yoga sessions.
