The Vedic idea of woman and sustainability as being two sides of the same coin is considered even today by contemporary philanthropists. The much imperative human rights– gender equality and woman empowerment encapsulated at the third level of Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) are tagged by UNDP (United Nations Development Programme) as a pathway to actualize the aim of sustainable development and realize the other seven goals of MDGs. But, the evident rise in crime and violence against women stamps failure of alleviation initiatives in favor of women and their continued subjugation based on regional, cultural and (misinterpreted) religious doctrines. The present picture divides the fair sex into two extreme segments. Ironically, there appears to be a congruent chord of denial of participation, opportunity and authority to both– the uneducated deprived and the educated and economically independent category of women.

Demographic analysis confirms that infant girls are considered ‘just as another mouth to feed’ in china, fitted with a label of ‘not deserving education’ in Africa, and ‘a piece of beauty’ in Europe which also finds summon in childhood fairy tales of Cinderella, Snow White and Rapunzel.

However, on the flip side, the idea of 21st century new age woman breaking clutches of forced subjugation also brings with it side effects in the form of rising divorces, single mothers, delivering kids outside wedlock, child depression, agony, delinquency, and sadly, women becoming promiscuous. The whole idea of so called empowerment therefore brings a situation of deterioration of true womanhood.

His Holiness Ashutosh MaharajJi, Founder and Head of Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS) possesses the key to the locked self worth of women. He is awakening in millions of women, their true identities through the Eternal Science of Self Realization– Brahm Gyan. Presently, researchers at University of Pennsylvania (UPEN)[3] have done scans that show a great connectivity between the left and right sides of the brain in women thereby branding women as maestros of holistic tasking. However, on a larger note, His Holiness Ashutosh Maharaj Ji of DJJS is astoundingly providing women total brain awakening and wisdom for righteous living and sustainable development. Indeed, the world will soon witness a remarkable phase-shift, where, as dynamos of epoch change, women will rewrite their own future and become scriptwriters of new age.
