Any type of intoxicants/drugs/alcohol is strictly prohibited
Non-vegetarian food is not allowed nor will be served
Date changes not allowed on peak days
Date changes requests may be considered on case-by-case basis on non-peak days
Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability
Standard check-in time: 2 pm
Standard check-out time: 12 noon

Cancellation Policy On Non-Peak Days

90 days before date of arrival - 50% refund
60 days before date of arrival - 25% refund
No refund, if cancellation done within 30 days, before date of arrival

Cancellation Policy On Peak Days

(Peak days: Aforementioned Holy Bath/Shahi Snan Dates)

No refund if bookings cancelled on peak days
Refunds are usually processed within 48 to 72 hours post cancellation of a booking
Disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only
