हौंसला और सकारात्मक सोच इंसान के भीतर तभी जन्म लेती है, जब उसका अंतस् प्रकाशित होता है। जब उसकी जागृत आत्मा से उसे आध्यात्मिक ऊर्जा प्राप्त होती है। यह सम्भव है मात्र ब्रह्मज्ञान से! एक पूर्ण सतगुरु हमें ब्रह्मज्ञान प्रदान कर परमात्मा के दिव्य प्रकाश रूप से जोड़ देते हैं। फलतः हमारा अंतस् आलोकित होता है और हम भगवान कृष्ण की तरह जीने की कला सीख पाते हैं।
