DJJS AAROGYA | COVID-19 TELEMEDICAL CONSULTATION
In view of COVID-19 outbreak in India, hospital visits have become challenging for many. To make health care consultancy accessible for all those who are either COVID positive or feeling any of its symptoms; DJJS Holistic Health Program – Aarogya is coming up with Free Online Tele-Consultation Facility. Patients who are not hospitalised and are in need of expert medical advice can fill up the request form to avail this service. On the basis of requests received, we shall fix the patient’s appointment with the available and appropriate doctor and tele-connect them by means of voice calling/video conferencing.
We are persistently endeavouring to empanel a dedicated and efficient team of doctors to provide top notch service to those in need. If you are a COVID-19 suspected or confirmed patient then get your name registered. We shall try our best to get back to each and every request at the earliest.
Please note: This Medical Tele-Consultation Facility is not meant in any way for emergency and life-threatening conditions. It is advised to take the patient to the nearest hospital in such cases.
DJJS AAROGYA | PROVISIONING OF OXYGEN CONCENTRATORS
As the number of severely infected COVID-19 patients rise in the country, the demand for oxygen supplies has also increased. To reach out to people struggling to find oxygen supplies for their near & dear ones in need, under DJJS Holistic Health Program – Aarogya has undertaken an Oxygen Concentrator Share Program. We are issuing oxygen concentrators for a refundable interest-free one-time security deposit for a fixed Usage-Period. Several people have benefitted from this service & have successfully battled out of COVID-19.
We are constantly working on scaling up the facility by procuring sufficient numbers of concentrator units for reaching out to the larger community.
What is an Oxygen Concentrator?
The air around us consists of about 78% of nitrogen and 21% of oxygen, with other gases making up the remaining 1%. Oxygen concentrators are devices that help concentrate oxygen from the ambient air by removing nitrogen and delivering pure oxygen to individuals whose blood oxygen levels (SpO2) readings drop below 93%. Ideal oxygen levels should be between 94-99%.
*However, if oxygen level drops below 85% then use of the machine will become ineffective. In that case you should immediately get admitted in some hospital.
