Children’s day (also known as Bal Divas) in India is celebrated every year on 14th of November to increase the awareness of people towards the rights, care and education of children. Children are the key of success and development of the country as they would lead their country in different and new technological way. The childhood is the great moments in the life of everybody which should be necessarily given a right track to become successful in the future as an asset of the country. Without the right track they may miss living a good life. This can be done only by giving a right education, care and way to progress.
Manthan SVK, social initiative of Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan is stupendously working towards holistic development of underprivileged children. To support the cause people from all walks of life are coming forward to participate in the growth process of children. 9 college students from Delhi University celebrated Children’s day with Manthan students in a play way yet learning approach. They played interactive games with the children along with distribution of healthy food stuff. DJJS Manthan appreciates and motivates the youth to come forward and become an active part in reforming and rebuilding our society.
Also, 10 employees from the corporate Sapient India Pvt. Ltd organized a football match for the students and made their day memorable. They also conducted some learning sessions for the children. Mr. Deepanker, a football player volunteered for the day. DJJS Manthan appreciates the vigor of the corporate workforces towards understanding their social responsibilities and strengthening the development activities of the children.
