An inspiring and thought provoking session on 'Stress Management & Personality Development' was organised on 9th Dec 2023 by DJJS at Silver Oak University, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This hour long session was enthusiastically attended by more than 450 dynamic faculty members and top management of the University including the Chairman Shri Sheetal Agarwal, Vice- Chancellor Dr. Sauren Shah, Directors, Registrar & Principal of Silver Oak University.
Renowned Katha Orator Swami Dr. Sarveshwar Ji conducted the session with various psychological experiments & activities aimed at enhancing the quality of physical, mental & spiritual health of an individual.
All the attendees participated in session with full zeal & vigour and were familiarized with the technique of supreme science of self realization i.e. Brahm Gyan meditation.
