Goddess Durga being a supreme symbol of power and strength gives us numerous life-changing lessons. Her nine forms are the embodiment of purity, knowledge, truth, self-realization, salvation and sacrifice. Through every part of her appearance, Maa Durga inspires us to sanctify our lives with the help of Divine Knowledge. For instance, partially bloomed lotus in her hand symbolises certainty of success but depicts continuous evolution of the spiritual quality of devotees amidst the worldly mud of lust and greed.
Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS) - a non-government, non-profit and a leading socio-spiritual organization head and founded by His Holiness Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, organised an event of Maa Bhagwati Jagran on 27th May 2017 at Abohar, Punjab. The devoted preacher disciple of Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, Sadhvi Manglawati Bharti Ji, took in-charge to be the spiritual discourser of the event.
The event commenced with sincere prayer at the lotus feet of Goddess Durga. The series of devotional songs encouraged audience to know thyself. Sadhvi Manglawati Bharti Ji, very beautifully explained the worth of knowing and experiencing the God which actually resides within us since we entered our mother’s womb. The meditation based on Divine- Knowledge leads one to the contentment of life, which helps to reduce the desires and unnecessary wants from life.
Sadhvi Ji explained that Divine - Knowledge (Brahm- Gyan) is always bestowed by the Perfect Spiritual master of the time. It activates the dormant state of energy and divine-potential within our soul. It is through this Brahm tool that one can lead to the true purpose of life. All the Gods and goddesses chants and hail the name of same divine consciousness which can be seen within this soul. This is how one can attain the supreme peace in life.
