‘Mother’- a word filled with limitless affection, huge responsibility, feeling of forgiveness and another word for extreme care. The connection shared by a man and his mother known to all. But the connection between a man and his mother ‘Earth’, a relation between a man and the entire nature can only be established when a man realizes the presence of God in them. A man first has to experience the God within his own soul and then only this eternal connection can be developed.
Long back, our sages used to worship the mother ‘Earth’, nature and derived various benefits from them. Today the self-centric nature of man, has caused disasters, not only to the environment but also to himself. Our scriptures beautifully and proudly applauded the divine grace of Devi-Maa, who killed Durdhar and Durmukh monsters. Scriptures claimed that all goddesses are awakened souls, filled with supreme power, infinite affection, sheer purity, they killed the negativity and encouraged each one to follow the path of true religion and righteousness.
In order to provide the insights into the minds of devotees regarding the infinite grace of Maa-shakti, Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan- a non- profit, non-government and a leading spiritual organization, head and founded by his Holiness Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, organized a program of ‘Mata ki Chowki’ on February 21st, 2016, at the Northern Railway Institute of Kalka, District- Panchkula. Each day from 6 pm-9 pm in the evening, all attendees were spiritually invigorated after attending the program.
The program initiated with the divine chanting of Ved-mantras and the holy prayer at the lotus feet of Devi-Maa. Various melodious bhajans and songs were sung. Devotional songs along with their meaningful and inspiring lyrics get involved the audience into them. Sadhvi Manaswini Bharti Ji- the spiritual discourser of the day, revealed the supreme powers and divinity, goddess used to possess. She encouraged each one to realize their hidden potential through the divine light of Supreme Knowledge. Considering the crime happening against women in society today, she said- “It is high time to know yourself then only you can become an example to the society, rather than being a victim. World needs those women who possess the divine and high thoughts to direct this world in right direction, then only the peace can be established. And it’s all possible through only- Brahm Gyan (Divine Knowledge).
The program served its supreme purpose of inspiring the female group of the society to realize their high responsibilities in the contribution of the mission- World Peace.
