Yoga is an ancient wisdom of India's tradition, for a healthier, happier and more peaceful way of living. On the occasion of "4th International Yoga Day", 21st June, TCIL (Telecommunications Consultants India Ltd.) invited PEACE Program for a ‘Workshop on Yoga and Meditation' at its Greater Kailash office, New Delhi.
DJJS Representatives- Sadhvi Shailasa Bharti Ji and Sadhvi Dr. Shivani Bharti Ji facilitated the abovementioned PEACE workshop. Their sessions included various warm up and insightful activities followed by demonstration and practice of Yoga Asanas with a special emphasis on real Meditation science- ‘Brahm Gyan’.
