Worldwide, organizations are talking about the word ‘Stress’ and how to manage it. Ever wondered, why this word stress is so IN in our lives these days. When we were young, this word was hard to listen but now days even a pre-nursery school child is conversant with the term. The Good news is that it can’t only be managed and controlled but eradicated. The need of the hour is to look for right solutions and not short term patches.

Sadhvi Om Prabha Bharti Ji, renowned speaker on Stress Management, Wellness Workshops, Personality Development, Women Empowerment, Youth Development, Corporate Sector Seminars, and National and International Level Conferences presented yet another insightful lecture on Stress Management. Disciple of His Holiness Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji (Founder and convener of DJJS), Sadhvi Ji is a keen practitioner of Brahm Gyan Meditation technique, bestowed by her Revered Master.

On June 21, 2016 in Jalandhar, Punjab, the audience at the CT Institute, Shahpur Campus received the insight into how to tackle stress, anxiety, tension, and pressure. Sadhvi Ji used present-day examples and scenarios to demonstrate the task at hand as well as reveal the concrete solution to tackle such situations.

The interactive session provided practical elucidation as well as applicable techniques to overcome all nervous disputes. Scientific reasoning behind all mental and psychological dilemmas was shared with the students and the faculty present. Chief guests of the event were Mr. Charanjit Singh Channi, Founder and Chairman of CT Educational Society and Dr. Gautam Kochar, Principal CT Institute.

In addition, Sadhvi Ji presented facts using WHO released statistics and raised awareness about psychological disorders. To the audience’s astonishment, stress leads to complicated physiological diseases as well.

Sadhvi Ji has a strong belief that stress can not only be managed but also eradicated given the right approach. Knowing the self – not just the body or the mind, but the true self- the Spirit, which is the ultimate source of peace, enables one to be at bliss high above the calamities of the mind.
