Disciple of His Holiness Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji (Founder and convener of DJJS), Sadhvi Ji is a keen practitioner of Brahm Gyan Meditation technique, bestowed by her Revered Master.

On June 21, 2016 in Jalandhar, Punjab, the audience at the CT Institute, Shahpur Campus received the insight into how to tackle stress, anxiety, tension, and pressure. Sadhvi Ji used present-day examples and scenarios to demonstrate the task at hand as well as reveal the concrete solution to tackle such situations.
