Manthan-SVK is working relentlessly not only for the formal education of the children, but also their physical, intellectual, mental and spiritual development i.e. Holistic Education under which Manthan-SVK also takes care of the basic necessities of life such as nutrition, clothes, books, stationary items etc. In this context, Manthan-Sampoorna Vikas Kendra distributed sweaters and jackets at its Ashok Nagar, Gopal Nagar centres in Punjab, Gurugram centre in Haryana and Mangolpuri, Rithala and Shakurpur centres in Delhi in December.
At all the centres of Delhi, Sweater and jackets were sponsored by Mrs. Neelam Goyal Ji and distributed to the students by Sadhvi Deepa Bharti Ji, Coordinator of Manthan-SVK and the teachers. Similar initiative was taken by Members of Vaishya Samaj, Mr. R. B. Singla, Mr. Sundar Das Aggarwal, Mr. Ramesh Singla, Mr. Arun Aggarwal, Mr. R. K. Goyal and Mr. Suraj Bhan Aggarwal; they also distributed sweaters to Manthanites at Gurugram center in Haryana. Sweaters were distributed from Pooja dry cleaners at Ashok Nagar centre by Mr. Suresh and Mrs. Ganga and by Mr. Satnam Singh (Pilot, USA) at Gopal Nagar centre during which Swami Prakashanand Ji, Sadhvi Rajni Bharti Ji and Sadhvi Neerja Bharti Ji of Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan were present as Manthan-SVK representatives.
Swami Ji and Sadhvi Ji shared the goal of Manthan-SVK project in detail and briefed the guests on the various activities organized by the centre. Some videos describing the work done under the project were also played for the guests. The guests then distributed sweaters, jackets and sweets to the students. The children thanked the guests for their priceless gifts by singing songs for them. Guests appreciated the efforts being made by Manthan-SVK for the development of the children and expressed their gratitude and happiness for being given a chance to be a part of this initiative.
