To re-instill righteousness and spiritual aspects of Lord Ram, a grand event of Shri Ram Katha is being organized by Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (“DJJS”) in Ahmedabad, Gujarat from 17th to 23rd January, 2023. A day before the Katha on 16th January, 2023, Kalash Yatra peace march) was organized to mark the auspicious beginning of the Katha. The Yatra urged the local residents to take some time out of their busy routine to attend the Katha.
The Brahm Gyan initiated disciples of Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji (Head and Founder, DJJS) began the pious first day of the katha with the chanting of Vedic mantras to infuse spiritual vibes and aroma of divinity in the surrounding vicinity.
The preacher disciple of Gurudev and the orator of the Katha, Sadhvi Shreya Bharti Ji stated on the first day of the Katha that DJJS has come to connect the people of Ahmedabad, Gujrat with their inner powerhouse of peace and eternal happiness through Shri Ram Katha. This Katha is regarded as a life-changing experience and will surely disseminate the seeds of spirituality in the life of those attending it. It has great life-sutras from the greatest Master of trust, sacrifice, courage, humility and the greatest leader and manager of his time – Lord Ram. He is also referred to as an exemplary son, husband, brother, warrior and king. He is a perfect example of how a human being should be and how to live a happy life, even in midst of problems in life. Therefore, he is also called Right-Action-Man (RAM). DJJS has come up to unfold many divine secrets from the Katha in simplified language for the benefit of people. Also, many myths related to conduct of Shri Ram, which are prevailing in the society will also be busted. The orator further explained that the aim of human life is to reach its ultimate destination through Brahm Gyan, which is the need of the hour seeing the tormented state of humanity. Brahm Gyan alone is the testified eternal technique, which is capable of bringing peace in both inner and outer aspects of a human being.
The Katha was dedicated to one of the social projects of DJJS, Kamdhenu – The Indian Cow Breed Improvement & Conservation Program, which is primarily focused on re-establishing value of Indian Cow as pivot of any ideal sustainable society. Kamdhenu is rigorously raising societal awareness and cultural sensitivity in Indian Cow's perspective pertaining to its contribution in the socio-spiritual lives of people and the health, environment, agriculture and economic sector.
The Katha will also be webcasted on the DJJS Official YouTube Channel from 20th to 26th January, 2023, in the morning hours from 10 am to 1 pm and in the evening hours from 7 pm to 10 pm. DJJS invites people to join the katha and benefit their lives, through the webcast on YouTube Channel of DJJS.
