Vadodara (Gujarat) witnessed a spectacular spiritual event as Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (Vadodara) organised Shrimad Bhagwad Katha Gyan Yagna. The 9 Days Program started with the recitation of hymns from Vedas, the most ancient Hindu Scriptures.
Katha orator Sadhvi Padamhasta Bharti Ji, disciple of Shri Ashutosh Maharaj ji narrated heart and mind illuminating story of Lord Shri Krishna, bringing out the obscure truth behind the divine Play of Lord that is not possible to grasp by simple reading of this pious scripture. People enjoyed devotional songs as music group sang euphonious songs and played musical instruments adeptly.
Sadhvi Ji described that there are three aspects of the Supreme that must be understood in order to have a complete realization of the ABSOLUTE within us. First is the impersonal and all pervasive Brahman aspect, the localized expansion of the Lord known as the Super-soul or Paramatma (THE Supreme Personality). Paramatma realization is to perceive the Super-soul within all material forms, within all living entities and even all material elements. Paramatma is the partial expansion of the Lord in the material world.
But to go further and attain the Bhagavan realization, one needs to attain a totally spiritual vision without any material conception or conditioning to perceive the completely transcendental form of the Supreme Lord, Bhagavan--as HE is.
The formless aspect of the Supreme Person is Brahman but when that Supreme Brahman is endowed with HIS natural potencies and qualities, then the Brahman aspect is transformed into the more complete Bhagavan aspect. Therefore, Bhagavan is the original nature of the Absolute Truth with full qualities and potencies, while the Brahman is merely the impersonal, transcendental bodily effulgence. This deep rooted facet of Supreme is explained to the people in simple yet effective way.
The Katha also showcased an exhibition of different projects initiated and executed successfully by Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan under the guidance of Shri Ashutosh ji Maharaj Ji. Some of these projects are PEACE, SANRAKSHAN, MANTHAN, SANJEEVIKA, SAM, BODH etc. People took deep interests in these projects and showed inclination to be associated with these socio-spiritual programs for the benefit of self and society at large.
