Under the divine guidance of His Holiness Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, DJJS – UK organized a meditation session at Ystradgynlais, Wales (UK) on 28th Feb’15. Disciples of Gurudev Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji presented a session on the meditation technique based on eternal Brahm-Gyan.
Merely closing of physical eyes is not meditation. It is upon opening of the Divine Eye that the process of Meditation begins. According to our ancient scriptures: Dhyan (Meditation) = Dheya (Target) + Dhyata (Observer). We are the Dhyata – Observer with our ever changing mind and God is that eternal, never changing Target, where mind rests in peace. So, Meditation – Dhyan is the union of the Observer & the Target. When an aspirant is initiated into Brahm Gyan by the Perfect Master, his/her Third Eye (the subtle power centre situated on the forehead between the eyebrows) opens and he/she sees the wonderful Divine Light inside. Thus, begins the process of Meditation.
During this meditation session at the Temple of Light Church, the attendees learnt & experienced inner peace via basic meditation technique taught by DJJS Representatives. Furthermore, the Disciples of Gurudev Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji discussed over the similarities between various faiths and ultimate goal of human life.
