Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS), under the blissful guidance of Divya Gurudev Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji celebrated National Youth Day on the theme- “Uttishtha Bharat” on 12th Jan, 2024 at Rudrapur, Uttarakhand. The program started with ceremonial lighting of lamp, igniting the spirit of positivity and progress.
National Youth Day, marking Swami Vivekananda’s birthday, was celebrated with a skit depicting insightful moments of his life. DJJS representatives shared deep thoughts and delivered a lecture on Swami Vivekananda and his goal of uplifting humanity through divine knowledge and following the path of enlightenment and compassion. They quoted Swamiji’s powerful words of motivation- “Arise, Awake, and stop not till the goal is reached. We are what our thoughts have made us; so take care of what you think.” On this occasion, a rally was organised, in which participants carried placards with quotes highlighting the ideals of Swami Vivekananda and true spirituality.
When Vivekananda first met his Guru Shri Ramakrishna Paramhansa, his inquiry about seeing God was met with an emphatic “Yes”, whereafter Shri Ramkrishna Paramhansa bestowed upon him the profound wisdom of Brahm Gyan. DJJS representative stated that in these modern times, Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji has been imparting Divine Knowledge (Brahm Gyan) and guiding individuals on the path of spirituality.
The event featured captivating dance performances including renditions of ‘Ganapati Vandana’, the valorous tale of Jhansi Ki Rani, and the divine saga of Lord Shri Ram by the selfless volunteers of DJJS. These performances mesmerized the audience and made them feel proud of their rich culture and heritage.
The audience was greatly inspired by the event and expressed its eagerness to associate in future as well with DJJS.
