~ “Heaven is attained by charity, happiness is attained by charity. Here and in the hereafter, one becomes worshiped by one’s charity.”
Imbibing the importance of selfless charity as highlighted in our scriptures, Manthan SVK celebrated "Daan Utsav – Daan Nahi, Yogdaan Kare" from October 2nd to November 4th 2021, inviting generous contributors and donors from across the world to join us as we made efforts to provide necessary learning and education supplies to all Manthanites. The purpose of this campaign is to provide basic supplies and materials related to education to the needy students of Manthan SVK, so that they can fulfil their dream of attaining uninterrupted education. This year, Manthan SVK volunteers and teachers created a rigorous on-ground and online social media campaign in order to get maximum possible funds and resources for our young scholars. Undoubtedly, all efforts have paid off.
The campaign attracted 600+ donors and witnessed 1000+ beneficiaries this year. Our sponsors and donors who took part in the campaign, and have been continuously supporting us, also shared their personal experiences. We hope this inspires everyone to come forward and contribute to society as well.
Henceforth, Everyday can be 'Daan Utsav'.
Manthan - Sampoorna Vikas Kendra is a social program of Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan direly working towards providing value-based holistic education to the underprivileged children of our nation.
