In the world of complexities and tech savvy people, the mankind is running in a rat race to attain materialistic comforts as much as possible. These comforts definitely add status to the life, however in turn, they suck peace from the mind. People adopt various methods to restore lost peace in order to gain mental stability, such as meditation, yoga, joining rehabilitation centres, peace workshops, seminars, etc. Our scriptures talk about the meditation on the basis of strong foundation, which is – The Divine Knowledge, where the meditator along with the target (Divine Light) completes the equation of mediation-> “Meditation = Meditator + Divine Light”. Unless and until, one achieves the target of divine light, the highest stage of meditation cannot be achieved.

In order to indulge everyone to be in connect with divine light, which is the supreme source of peace, Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS) - a non- profit, non-government and a leading spiritual organization, headed and founded by His Holiness Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, organized a one day Meditation Session on February, 7th, 2016, at Tarn Taran, Punjab.

The program achieved its supreme purpose of creating huge positive vibrations and also by contributing collectively towards meditation.

The session commenced with the holy prayer at the lotus feet of lord. After that, the spiritual discourser of the day- Swami Vigyananand Ji, instructed everyone to sit in the appropriate posture for meditation. He briefly explained the process to be followed for successful meditation session. The soft melodies of the spiritual songs during the session helped each one to collect their scattered thoughts, in order to maintain proper concentration towards the target of divine light.

The session went well, and the participating disciples shared their divine experiences in the end. Everyone felt supreme peace and rejuvenated from the spiritual energy flowing in their body, mind and soul.
