Shuchita Sanskarshala – धर्म का पंचम लक्षण. This sacred virtue forms the cornerstone of Shuchita (शुचिता), which, in Sanskrit, signifies purity in thought, words, and deeds. It is the foundation of moral and spiritual strength, guiding individuals toward righteous living. By nurturing inner purity, one attains clarity of judgment and steadiness of character. It protects the mind from negative influences and harmful desires. In daily life, Shuchita reflects through honest actions, wholesome habits and disciplined living.

In August 2025, a total of 46 Sanskarshala workshops were held, benefiting around 2671 children across all DJJS branches, including NRI children as well as students from various schools across the country.

Shuchita Sanskarshala – धर्म का पंचम लक्षण, conducted by dedicated Manthan SVK volunteers, focused on nurturing the vital value of chastity and purity of thought, words and action as the fifth noble trait of dharma. Children were taught that physical purity begins with personal hygiene, brushing teeth regularly and maintaining our surroundings neat and tidy. It also extends to helping others, such as assisting senior citizens and caring for the sick and needy. They learned that purity of speech means speaking respectfully, avoiding hurtful words and communicating with honesty and clarity. Purity of mind is cultivated through devotion, positive thoughts and regular prayer or meditation. Through interactive storytelling and creative activities, students explored practical ways to adopt these habits in daily life. They reflected on how inner purity shapes behaviour, relationships and overall character. Lessons highlighted that small, consistent actions, like keeping public spaces clean or speaking mindfully, hence build lasting virtue. Children were encouraged to seek guidance from elders, teachers and spiritual practices to strengthen purity. By practicing purity of body, speech and mind, they learned self-discipline, responsibility and respect for themselves and others. Ultimately, Shuchita was presented as a living value that nurtures clarity, harmony, and spiritual growth in everyday life. On that note, sessions concluded with the chanting of shanti mantra and prayers. Everyone paid their humble salutations unto the lotus feet of Divya Guru Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji.
