Australia is a land of vast horizons, but this season, people were invited to explore a different horizon- the one within. Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS), under the divine guidance of Divya Guru Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, organised a Spiritual & Cultural Tour to Melbourne, Australia, from 25th August to 15th September 2026.

DJJS Spiritual & Cultural Tour 2026 @ Melbourne, Australia: Illuminating the Path of Brahm Gyan Beyond Horizons

Through devotional programmes, spiritual discourses, meditation sessions, and personal interactions with DJJS representatives Swami Neerjanand Ji and Dr. Sarveshwar Ji, the tour invited people in Melbourne and surrounding communities to explore India's timeless wisdom and its relevance to modern life. The central message was that true spirituality extends beyond external rituals and leads to the direct realisation of the eternal Self through Brahm Gyan.

Devotion That Travelled, Wisdom That Stayed

The tour brought a diverse range of spiritual and cultural programmes to communities in Melbourne. These included devotional concerts such as Krishnam Vande Jagatgurum, Ek Shaam Kanha Ke Naam, and Shyamamayi Shaam; spiritual programmes such as Krishnastu Bhagwan Swayam and Bhaj Govindam; and Shri Krishna Janmashtami celebrations.

Each gathering was a different expression of India's rich spiritual heritage. Through insightful discourses, audience was guided from devotion towards deeper understanding and, ultimately, spiritual experience. The sessions explored the sacred Guru-disciple relationship, the purpose of human life, and the Supreme Truth that can be directly experienced through Brahm Gyan, imparted by the True Spiritual Master of the times.

One-to-One Guidance, Community-Wide Compassion

The tour's outreach extended well beyond large public gatherings. The visiting DJJS representatives engaged with spiritual seekers and local communities through one-to-one spiritual guidance, Satsang, Bhajan Sankirtan, and meditation sessions based on Brahm Gyan.

A spiritual talk on The Secret of Peace was organised at the Golden Age Community Club in Melbourne. Addressing the quest for peace in an increasingly busy and restless world, the session encouraged participants to discover the true source of peace by experiencing the divinity within.

In another heartfelt initiative, DJJS Melbourne, in association with the Astha Nepali Hindu Society of Victoria, organised Bhavanjali- a soulful evening of prayer and compassion for the victims of the floods in Nepal. The gathering offered the community an opportunity to express solidarity with those affected by the tragedy.

These initiatives reflected the relevance of spirituality in everyday life. They brought people from diverse backgrounds together, encouraged inner tranquillity, and strengthened the bonds of empathy and compassion within the local community.

The tour also included visits to places of spiritual and cultural significance in and around Melbourne.

Old Roots, New Horizons: Reconnecting Generations

For the Indian diaspora in Melbourne, as well as the wider multicultural community, the tour offered an opportunity to reconnect with India's spiritual and cultural traditions in ways that resonated with contemporary life. Families, young people, devotees, and spiritual seekers participated enthusiastically, making the programmes meaningful spaces for reflection, learning, and shared experience.

By bringing India's timeless spiritual wisdom into a contemporary setting, the tour helped bridge generations and cultures, highlighting the enduring relevance of spirituality in today's world.

The Hands Behind the Journey

The tour was made possible by the dedicated Seva of DJJS volunteers and organisers across Melbourne. From arranging venues and coordinating programmes to welcoming guests and extending wholehearted support to the visiting DJJS representatives, the volunteers worked with dedication and devotion at every stage.

Their collective efforts exemplified the spirit of selfless service that lies at the heart of DJJS. Through their Seva, they helped create an atmosphere of devotion and warmth, ensuring that the message of spirituality and inner awakening reached people across Melbourne.
