EVENT HIGHLIGHTS

Musical Skits & Dance Ballets on Shri Krishna Leelas, complemented by Spiritual Discourses

A defining feature of the DJJS Shri Krishna Janmashtami Mahotsav is its presentation of scripturally authenticated and meticulously scripted Shri Krishna Leelas, brought alive through music, choreography and dramatic expression by devout disciples.

The performances portrayed the subtle emotions experienced by devotees in the Divine Leelas- Love, Devotion, Courage, Reverence and Surrender- while the accompanying spiritual discourses decoded the deeper wisdom embedded within these timeless narratives.

This year’s presentations included Govardhan Leela, Makhan Chori Leela, Braj Ki Holi, Shiv Tandava and several other captivating performances.

Drawing from the life of Shri Krishna and the wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita, the discourses explored the enduring spiritual truth that the Divine presence and consciousness represented by Shri Krishna is not confined to the Dwapar Era. Through the path of Brahm Gyan, the Eternal Krishna Consciousness can be realised within even today, under the guidance of a Perfect Spiritual Master of the times.

Bhajan Clubbing Session

An exclusive Bhajan Clubbing Session by DJJS SAM’s Eternal Bliss Fusion Band brought traditional Shri Krishna Bhajans together with contemporary musical arrangements, creating an energetic and devotional musical experience.

The session witnessed enthusiastic participation from Krishna devotees as well as youth from leading schools and colleges across Delhi-NCR, who came together to celebrate Krishna Bhakti through music.

Digi-Cultural Pavilion

Bringing Sanskriti and technology together, the Digi-Cultural Pavilion offered visitors an interactive way to explore the world of Shri Krishna.

Through AI, AR, interactive gaming zones and immersive experiences, hundreds of visitors engaged with Krishna’s Leelas and teachings through technology-driven formats, creating an innovative bridge between cultural heritage and contemporary digital experiences.

Traditional Shri Krishna Jhankis

Adding to the grandeur of the Mahotsav were beautifully curated Shri Krishna Jhankis, depicting spiritually significant episodes from His life.

Through traditional costumes, elaborate visual settings, artistic presentation and devotional music, the Jhankis recreated glimpses of Gokul, Vrindavan and Mathura, bringing the timeless Leelas of Shri Krishna closer to the audience.
