“And when he sees Me in all and sees all in Me
Then I never leave him and he never leaves Me
And he who in this oneness of Love, Loves Me in whatever he sees
Wherever this man may live, in truth he lives in Me”, exclaimed Lord Krishna while illuminating universe with the greatest secrets of religion and spirituality. All the worldly knowledge is shallow by which one sees or hears or knows another, what is shallow can never give real felicity. But the knowledge of Divine or Supreme is beyond duality, is great, and through such knowledge one attains the Infinite Bliss. In order to establish the true basis of religion Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS), a non-government, non-profit and a leading spiritual organization, headed and founded by His Holiness Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, organized a seven days program of Shrimad Bhagwat Katha, from 26th March to 1st April, 2017 at Kapurthala, Punjab.
The program commenced with holy prayer at the Lotus feet of Lord Krishna and extending welcome to the distinguished guests, to preachers and all others. Series of devotional bhajans and mantras and discourses filled the atmosphere with magnificent spiritual energy and kept the audience fully connected. The learned orator of katha, Sadhvi Vaishnavi Bharti Ji, eloquently explained, “Not belief, but the intuitive experience of God is all about Religion. Intuition is the soul’s power of knowing God. To know what religion is, one must know God. She narrated various acts of Lord Krishna to explain this and also echoing the same spirit from all our scriptures. Lord Krishna, revered as Jagatguru, grants Arjuna with the Divine Eye and unveils the way to behold His Divine Self, right in the battlefield of Kurukshetra. The same divine knowledge or ‘Brahm Gyan’ which is imperative for one to become socially and morally responsible is the need of modern era to bring about the large scale transformations in the world. History is replete with several beautiful incidents which are eternally inspirational in this regard, irrespective of Age and period.
The audience was overwhelmed by the flow of the Katha and learnt the actual meaning behind the Leelas of Lord Krishna. The program served the purpose of transmitting the message of Self-realization as quoted by Swami Yogananda Paramhansa, “I am the spark from the Infinite. I am not flesh and bones. I am Light.”
Guests were particularly captivated by the impressive and meaningful rendering of the teachings from Katha and selfless contributions by various volunteers.
