After walking through the length and breadth of Maharashtra, now Uttar Pradesh is on the agenda of all empowered women ready to take charge of changing the societal lens towards women.

Intolerance march against Female Feticide in Gorakhpur, U.P.

U.P. has become talk of the country because of its unpleasant weather for the fair sex. Gender experts from the Santulan team of DJJS roped in locals of Gorakhpur and conducted a mass awareness rally on 5th Aug 2014 between 10 am to 2 pm on the burning issue of stooping status of women in the area.

Attributing low status of women as a major causal factor of deteriorating child sex ratio; 550 women and girls howled to the peak of their voices for gender justness. The awareness walk cum empowerment drive waved from Champa Devi Park to Ambedkar Chauraha covering on its way Golghar, Ganesh Chauraha, City Mall, University Crossing, Chhatra Sangh Chauraha, Padleganj to Ramgarh and back to Champa Devi Park.

Under the benign grace of revered spiritual master and the true humanitarian leader of the time – Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji who is the head and founder of DJJS; countless women and girls have attained ideological empowerment and are therefore loudly instigating the women community to have a taste of their true identities through spirituality.
