The statement, ‘one should live in the moment,’ has become the primary mantra for living a healthy life today. However, if we look around then it can be seen that this means taking pictures throughout the day and posting them on social media websites. People today for the most part of their time are living a life that is devoid of the realistic perception of the self and the world. This is validated by the increasing levels of stress, depression and suicide attempts among the masses. In such cases, living a disciplined life is not enough. Efforts in the right direction alone can help the matter. For this purpose, inner wisdom is of utmost importance, and there exists an authentic method to remain constantly connected to this wisdom pool.

Lecture on Life Management Stressed upon Self Realization at Bahra University, Himachal Pradesh

To make people aware of this wisdom pool, a stimulating lecture on ‘Life management’ was organized at Bahra University in Waknaghat, Shimla (Himachal Pradesh) on 9th April 2019. The event was conducted by DJJS with Sadhvi Om Prabha Bharti Ji as the speaker who is the disciple of His Holiness Ashutosh Maharaj Ji (Convener of DJJS). Sadhvi Ji said that there remains a permanent source of wisdom in all of us, but unless it is activated it cannot completely benefit the person. Such opinion is not based on imagination but warranted by the ancient Indian Sanskrit texts. The texts are full of numerous examples of sages who attained direct access to the inner knowledge and lived a life of tranquility. The method by which the sages were able to do so was the ancient Indian technique of Brahm Gyan (Divine Knowledge). The sages had their third eye opened through Brahm Gyan bestowed upon them by a true spiritual Master (Guru). With the grace of the Guru, the ancient ascetics were able to connect with the universal consciousness in each moment. It is possible to have this connection in today’s world as well.

One of the few true Gurus who have helped retain the purity of the tradition to this day is H.H. Ashutosh Maharaj Ji. Under his benign grace, many individuals have witnessed the presence of the divine within. The divine knowledge has not only been bestowed on people who have renounced the household but on the householders too. The divine connection has empowered people from all walks of life and each member of DJJS is a profound example of inner transformation. Brahm Gyan alone has the capacity to bring world peace. In the calm light of spiritual knowledge, an individual becomes self-aware and works for the primary aim of human life, i.e., cerebral growth and benefit of the human race through peaceful coexistence. Thus, urged Sadhvi Ji, everyone must seek spiritual development before the progress of any other kind, and for this purpose must search for a true spiritual Guru wholeheartedly. In this regard, the doors of DJJS will always remain open for everyone.
