It was an enchanting experience to be a part of this huge open dialogue held on 15th February 2016 at Stein Auditorium at India Habitat Centre, New Delhi. We the Manthanities who are always ready to put their heart and soul for the betterment of society, felt enthralled on being invited on this auspicious occasion by UNESCO, MGIEPD on their annual program of TAG, 2016(talking across generations).

Manthan became a counter part of TAG, UNESCO, Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Education for Peace and Sustainable Development(MGIEPD)

 In total 18 Manthan SVK volunteers step forward with UNESCO, MGIEPD on the day along with Sadhvi Deepa Bharti, disciple of His Holiness Ashutosh Maharaj ji and the program incharge of Manthan SVK. MGIEPD is the concept 1 of UNESCO focussing on to transform the education structure so that the youth can be built in the manner of sustainable and peaceful development.  The opening remarks witnessed by Dr. Ananthakumar duraiappah (Director of UNESCO) and Mr Yuri Afanasier,(UNDP president) and many other prominent names took distinguished panel discussions to launch "Yes Peace India". They shared the New Education Policy to explore how education can blow away the violent extremism and terrorism going across the world.  

 "Can education awake youth for peace? This colossal question has a key word i.e. Education. As Manthan is taking their children towards the goal of success and peace by the golden path of education, so we appreciate UNESCO for their exceptional step taken with TAG, 2016.
The event featured a whole day of activities including certificate distribution, open discussions and music concert by popular Bands namely ‘Indian Ocean’ from India and ‘Junoon’ from Pakistan who performed together for the first time and hit the nail on the head.
