Manthan - Sampoorna Vikas Kendra (SVK), the holistic education initiative of Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan, successfully organized an enriching educational visit to Patna, Bihar, where students engaged in both scientific exploration and cultural participation.

As part of the visit, a group of 25 students, accompanied by 5 teachers, explored the Science Centre in Patna with the objective of promoting experiential learning and nurturing scientific curiosity. The visit provided students with an opportunity to move beyond classroom-based learning and understand the practical applications of scientific concepts.
At the Science Centre, students interacted with a wide array of exhibits, including the Fun-Science Park, which offered hands-on learning through engaging models. The Jurassic-themed zone with lifelike animatronic dinosaurs captured their imagination, while galleries focusing on marine ecosystems and the contributions of Indian scientists broadened their knowledge base. Students were also introduced to advanced concepts such as 3D imaging, medical imaging, colour science, and digital technologies. Key attractions like the Digital Planetarium, 3D Theatre, Science on a Sphere (SOS), and the Evolution Gallery provided immersive insights into the origin of the universe and life forms.

In addition, the Innovation Hub encouraged students to explore their creativity and develop scientific ideas, while the Mobile Science Unit—a traveling science laboratory designed for rural outreach—generated keen interest among the participants. The visit proved to be a valuable learning experience, fostering curiosity, creativity, and a scientific approach towards real-life challenges.
Complementing this academic exposure, Manthan SVK also actively participated in the Bihar Sanskritik Mahasabha 2026, held on 22nd March at Bapu Sabhagar, Patna. Organized under the ‘Let’s Inspire Bihar’ initiative led by IPS officer Shri Vikas Vaibhav, the event brought together youth, intellectuals, and social contributors on a common platform dedicated to cultural awareness and collective progress.
Students from Manthan SVK’s Bihar branch presented a vibrant cultural performance that showcased their artistic talent along with the strong values instilled through holistic education. Their performance reflected confidence, discipline, and creativity, adding energy and meaning to the event.
Participation in such a significant socio-cultural platform provided students with valuable exposure beyond academics. It enhanced their ability for self-expression, instilled a sense of responsibility, and encouraged them to recognize their role as active contributors to society. The Mahasabha aims to promote unity, cultural consciousness, and a progressive outlook among youth, inspiring them to work collectively towards social harmony and development.
