Maa Durga or Adi Parashakti or Maha Kali or Bhavani are the different names given to the same Divine Shakti. She is the consort of Lord Shiva. Maa Durga represents Power or Shakti or Energy of the Universe. She is Prakriti or Mother Nature. She represents the strength to fight against evil and shows the way to drive out darkness from our lives and lead us to the truth that the human body is capable to witness the Divine power within them, thereby experience the divinity of the supreme consciousness.
To provide the insights into the minds of devotees regarding the infinite power and grace of Maa-shakti, Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (“DJJS”) organized an invigorating program of ‘Mata Ki Chowki’ on 30th April 2019. Sadhvi Manglawati Bharti Ji was the main speaker seated in the podium along with other disciples of Sadguru Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji.
Sadhvi Ji beautifully revealed the secrets of spiritual richness which are an integral part of the ancient heritage of this country. She mentioned that everyone possesses the power within themselves to fight against the evil if they are connected with their divine self. Maa Durga encourages each one to be bold in terms of actions and always be proactive in approach. She gives the message of being immersed in the remembrance of God to all humankind. The projection of the stronger and fiercer side of womanhood is but obvious in the tales surrounding Goddess Durga. Goddess Durga incarnated in the form of Shakti, which means power and she is worshipped for her cordial as well as frightening aspects. Sadhvi Ji beautifully introduced the beauty of the infinite Lord who is within and she also revealed the path to reach Lord which is ‘Brahm Gyan’ (Self-Realization of God).
The event commenced with the prayer at the lotus feet of the lord. The organizers welcomed all guests, preachers, volunteers and audience. A series of melodious bhajans and songs tuned with devotional music tunes set the ambience into divine enlightenment. The purpose of this spiritual session was to stimulate the masses and help them find a path to higher consciousness. People were encouraged and guided to witness the actual “Shakti” existing within them. The event concluded with Aarti Vandana, followed by Prasad distribution.
