To give a deeper insight to people into the aspects of incarnation of Lord on Earth (Avatarhood) for the establishment of Dharma and aiding spiritual evolution of mankind, Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS) celebrated Shri Krishna Janmashtami Mahotsav with great enthusiasm on 18th and 19th August, 2022 at DDA Ground, Sector-10, Dwarka, New Delhi. The program was also webcasted on DJJS official YouTube Channel on 19th August, 2022.
In today’s time, many people who are either not well informed or have not gone through the scriptures in detail, often twist-turn and mis-represent the deeds of Lord Krishna, be it Raas-Leela, or Stealing Butter, or Mahabharata War, etc. DJJS has been continuously putting its efforts to educate people about the profound significance of the leelas of Shri Krishna. The inspirational stories from the life of Shri Krishna were portrayed in the form of dance ballets and plays at the event, followed by insightful discourses to enlighten the masses about the deep and hidden spiritual significance in them. He was able to remain detached and thus perform flawlessly, never allowing the smile to fall from His face. Right from childhood to adulthood, Lord Krishna inspired and enlightened people, and enabled them to get rid of the evils that were hindering them from adopting the righteous way of life. For people working in the corporate field, Lord Krishna is a perfect example of good and influential Leader. On the battlefield of Kurukshetra, Lord Krishna imparted to Arjuna the sacred wisdom through the Bhagavad Gita and made him experience His real form by bestowing upon him the Divine Eye. Verily, every aspect of Shri Krishna’s life is a divine gift to this society, to develop both socially and spiritually.
In a nutshell, Lord Krishna has conveyed to society that without spiritual dimension, a man may achieve the worldly leisure but peace of mind and soul would be left much behind. Thus, the grand event of Shri Krishna Janmashtami Mahotsav successfully concluded, having conveyed to the society the ancient legacy and richness of India’s spiritual heritage.
