“Arise, Awake and Stop not till the goal is reached”. This statement quoted by Swami Vivekananda gives us a very significant message. He says, Arise, Awaken yourself and do not stop till you reach your goal. Following this message in current era, Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan organizes monthly spiritual congregations in order to reinstate the feeling of devotion in the audience. Such a congregation was organized in Amravati, Maharashtra on September 18, 2018. Such events are held on a regular basis so as to remind the audience their goal for which they have started this spiritual journey i.e. the goal of World Peace as said by revered Gurudev Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji.
Pious Ved mantras marked the beginning of this event followed by prayers in Lotus feet of our Gurudev. It was followed by mesmerizing bhajans by trained disciples conveying the message of devotion through melodious bhajans. Disciple preachers of the organization conveyed the message of devotion in one’s Lord Feet to the audience. They mentioned that prayers in the feet of Lord can solve any issue of a person’s life. If you call your lord with full devotion and prayer, he is bound to come to you. As said, Lord only wants our true devotion, not any materialistic article. The disciple preachers quoted various anecdotes to the audience to convey their message.
The audience was mesmerized by the amalgamation of pious message of devotion and the music. Such monthly congregations instill a feeling of closeness to their Lord. The end to the event was marked with bhandara (community feast). A large number of devotees attended the event and made it a highly appreciated event.
