Quite often we encounter challenging situations that create hindrances in our chosen path in life and everything seems to go haywire. Nothing seems positive, darkness envelopes our thought processes and we turn directionless and destination-less. We are unable to move forward placidly amidst the noise and din of negativities. But one needs to understand that this is just the passing phase of life. Nothing can stop an individual with grit and determination. Hardships are not the stumbling blocks; they are the building blocks. Cultivate solid belief in your inner world and try to understand that the changing and impermanent nature of the world of objects and their collective strength is no match for an individual with higher goal and solid morale. Howsoever powerful may be the waves, their real nature is but water! Nothing can stop an individual to achieve the Supreme Goal and Spirituality thrives in the face of adversaries which test the will power of a spiritual aspirant. Swami Vivekananda reveals, “When you don’t come across any problems, you can be sure that you’re travelling on the wrong path, therefore, Arise, Awake and stop not until your goal is achieved”.
With the divine grace of His Holiness Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, the Founder and Head of Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan, a non-government, non-profit and a leading socio-spiritual organization, organized a program of Monthly Spiritual Congregation on October 2, 2016 at Divya Dham Ashram, New Delhi. The program commenced with the holy prayer at the lotus feet of Poorna Sadguru. Preachers, devotees, volunteers in thousands, gathered under one roof in order to experience, learn and practice meditation, the ultimate divine tool to channelize the inner energies and thoughts towards positivity. The series of devotional songs triggered the inner power of the audience and energy for the divine and noble cause, and created positive and divine aura within. To enable the people to understand the true meaning of spirituality, whose ultimate aim is the welfare of humankind, the learned preachers shared their experiences gained in the depth of meditation with the benign grace of Sadguru.
Quoting liberally from Shrimad Bhagavad-Gita, the Preachers articulated how Lord Krishna proclaimed Self-realization, Eternal Truth, as the highest branch of all human knowledge. Spirituality is the science of sciences. It alone has the capacity to permanently uproot the cause of man’s threefold (physical, mental and intellectual) suffering and reveal to him his true nature of Bliss. Self-realization is yoga or “oneness” with the Truth. It is the divine perception or experience of the Truth by the all-knowing intuitive faculty of the soul. With the practical experience of divinity within, an individual becomes ever-free from all types of bondages and all areas of suffering stand terminated for all time to come.
