A Gita-O-Logy Workshop “योगस्थः कुरु कर्माणि, Not Mind-FULL, but Mindful Action” was hosted by PEACE Program at Conference Room 1, Dr. Ambedkar International Centre, 15, Janpath, New Delhi, on 6th November 2025.
Attended by 90 top-level professionals from Dalmia Bharat Ltd., the workshop featured practical applications of the Bhagavad Gita for achieving focus, balance, and excellence in action. Description of the Karm Yog concept from the holy scripture was the special highlight.
Insightful sessions packed with activities and demonstrations were conducted by Sadhvi Tapeshwari Bharti ji, Principal Coordinator, PEACE Program, and Sadhvi Dr. Nidhi Bharti ji, Co-Principal Coordinator, PEACE Program. They underscored the enhancements needed at three levels - Body, Mind, and Soul.
At Body’s level, the participants were encouraged to cultivate mindfulness in everyday actions through mindful breathing, eating, and movement. This helps harmonize physical well-being with spiritual growth.
At Mind’s level, techniques were shared to control monkey-like chaotic thoughts, heal karmic wounds, and beautify one’s aura or persona.
At Soul’s level, the workshop drew parallels with Newton’s three laws of motion, thus explaining Gita’s teachings on balanced action. The participants learnt the need to refrain from impulsive behavior and explore the power of action with detached excellence.
Most importantly, the workshop aimed at outlining the importance of BrahmGyan’s Third Eye Meditation which helps attain balance at all the three levels and achieve mental clarity. This is the ultimate message given by the Bhagavad Gita.
The holistic approach resonated deeply, proving the Gita’s relevance in today’s fast-paced world.
