Following the impactful success of Quit Karo 1.0, which reached more than 3 lakh individuals through 157 awareness programs across 13 states, the campaign has returned with greater energy, wider outreach, and stronger community participation.

Strengthening its commitment towards building a Nasha Mukt Bharat, Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan through its social awareness initiative BODH, in collaboration with YPSS (Yuva Pariwar Sewa Samiti), has launched Quit Karo 2.0 under SANKALP – A Campaign Against All Addiction (2025–2029) for the first quarter of 2026 (April–June).
Focused on spreading awareness against tobacco and alcohol addiction, Quit Karo 2.0 is reaching diverse sections of society—including youth, students, women, drivers, factory workers, families, and local communities—through interactive and impactful awareness activities. Extending this mission further, the campaign is also connecting with de-addiction and rehabilitation centres to encourage awareness, reformation, and positive lifestyle transformation among individuals struggling with addiction, thereby ensuring that the message of de-addiction reaches every section of society.

From energetic “Sports Over Drugs” initiatives to engaging Street Quizzes and insightful “Addiction Par Seedhi Baat” sessions with drivers and factory workers, the campaign is actively taking the message of de-addiction and healthy living to the grassroots level.
Till May 2026 so far, the campaign made a significant impact across the country:
- 121 Awareness Programs Conducted
- 58,659+ Beneficiaries Reached
- 30 Active Branches Participated
- 12 States Covered
Programs were successfully organized across Bihar, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Jharkhand, Assam and Delhi.
A wide range of activities including school and college workshops, women-focused awareness sessions, anti-addiction rallies, sports activities, nukkad nataks, exhibitions, public interaction drives, and awareness video screenings were conducted to educate people about the harmful physical, mental, social, and financial effects of addiction.
The campaign has been thoughtfully designed to connect with people from all walks of life through relatable conversations, interactive participation, and community engagement, ensuring that awareness about de-addiction reaches communities at the grassroots level.
SANKALP is envisioned as a long-term national movement dedicated to combating all forms of addiction through awareness, prevention, education, and spiritual empowerment. Through Quit Karo 2.0, DJJS BODH and YPSS continue to take this mission to the grassroots level, inspiring communities to unite against substance abuse and contribute towards a healthier society.
This is not just a campaign—it’s a movement for awareness, action, and transformation.
Join the movement. Be the change.
Let’s build a Nasha Mukt Bharat. ????????
