In a historic stride toward the revival and global dissemination of India’s Vedic heritage, Divya Jyoti Ved Mandir (DJVM) successfully organized its National Summit- Rudrāṣṭṭādhyāyyabhyāsaḥ 2025–26 at Divya Dham Ashram, Delhi. Conceived as a 15-day residential Vedic immersion, the summit brought together over 350+ BrahmGyani Ved Pāṭhīs from across Bharat for intensive training in the precise chanting and understanding of the Śukla Yajurvedīya Rudrāṣṭādhyāyī.

To ensure focused learning and an enriching residential experience, the summit was conducted in two dedicated phases. The first phase, held from 11 to 15 January 2026, was organized for BrahmGyani Ved Pathi brothers, while the second phase, from 18 to 22 January 2026, was conducted exclusively for BrahmGyani Ved Pathi sisters. Prior to the commencement of each phase, participants completed their registration and biometric verification on 10 and 17 January, formally marking their induction into this national-level Vedic training program. Each day of the summit unfolded from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, recreating an immersive Vedic Kaksha ambience inspired by the ancient Gurukul system.
The core focus of the summit remained the systematic practice and perfection of Vedic mantroccharan. Participants engaged in an intensive learning framework that included individual pronunciation guidance, collective group chanting, structured practice modules, and OMR-based assessments. These sessions were complemented by doubt-resolution interactions and live demonstrations, ensuring that learning was both rigorous and experiential. Each day concluded with the complete chanting of the Rudrashtadhyayi, which was carefully evaluated by the DJVM Head Office academic team, enabling participants to track their progress with clarity and precision.

The entire summit was academically led and coordinated by Sadhvi Deepa Bharti Ji, Global Program Coordinator, with unwavering support from the Head Office Delhi administration team, whose dedication ensured the seamless execution of the program across all dimensions.
The inaugural day of the summit set a deeply spiritual and contemplative tone. The proceedings began with a BrahmGyan-based meditation, followed by a solemn Vedic Pujan and Mahaarati of Divya Guru Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji. As hundreds of conch shells, bells, and traditional Vedic instruments resonated together, the ashram was enveloped in an atmosphere of sanctity and devotion. The collective chanting of Vedic mantras transformed the space into a vibrant spiritual sanctum, invoking a profound sense of unity and reverence among all participants.
A defining highlight of the summit was the interactive mantra-chanting methodology adopted during the sessions. Through engaging group-based activities, participants were selected to chant specific mantra portions from the Rudrashtadhyayi. Sadhvi Ji then offered direct, individualized corrections, addressing even the subtlest nuances of pronunciation. This one-on-one interaction proved immensely beneficial, enabling participants to overcome long-standing errors, refine their articulation, and gain confidence in authentic Vedic chanting.
Beyond chanting, the summit placed strong emphasis on holistic Vedic literacy. A dedicated Sanskrit Sambhashan session introduced participants to spoken Sanskrit, covering self-introduction, commonly used terminology, and everyday expressions. In addition, Granth Bodh sessions were conducted with deep spiritual insight-Shiva Tandava Stotram for the brothers and Mahishasura Mardini Stotram for the sisters. During these sessions, Sadhvi Deepa Bharti Ji beautifully elucidated the correct pronunciation, meaning, and philosophical essence of the texts, enabling participants to connect with both sound and substance.
Another impactful component of the summit was the Shankh Vadan training, where participants learned the correct technique of blowing the conch. When more than 350 BrahmGyani Ved Pathis sounded their conches together, the resulting resonance was mesmerizing- creating a powerful, divine vibration that seemed to purify the entire environment. Each session of the workshop began with Sankhnaad. Sessions on Hasta Mudra Sanchalan, Vedic Swaras, and the grammatical rules governing them were also conducted by learned Acharyas of Divya Jyoti Ved Mandir, strengthening the technical foundations of Vedic recitation.
The summit was further enriched by a motivational discourse by Sadhvi Yogdivya Bharti Ji, which infused participants with renewed inspiration and a deeper emotional connection to Vedic culture and spiritual responsibility. The brothers’ session, held on 15 January, was graced by the presence of Swami Narendranand Ji, Secretary, Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan; Swami Adityanand Ji, Director, Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan; and Swami Nareshanand Ji, Preacher, Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan, whose interaction added further encouragement and institutional guidance.
On the concluding days of each phase- 15 January and 22 January- participants were presented with report cards and certificates reflecting their progress and dedication. Outstanding performers securing first, second, and third positions were honored with special gifts and mementos, recognizing their commitment and excellence in Vedic practice.
A significant highlight of the summit was the Special Vedic Conclave held on 22 January from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM, which featured enlightening addresses by eminent scholars including Dr. Chand Kiran Saluja, Director, Samskrit Samvardhan Pratishthanam; Shri Laxminarsimhan, Executive Officer, Samskrit Samvardhan Pratishthanam; and Prof. Ranjeet Behera from the Department of Sanskrit, Faculty of Arts, University of Delhi. Their insights added academic depth and contemporary relevance to the Vedic discourse.
The summit concluded with a grand, environment-purifying Vedic Yagya, where BrahmGyani Ved Pathis recited sacred mantras as the consecrated fire radiated peace, harmony, and spiritual elevation, marking a powerful culmination to the national gathering.
Rudrāṣṭṭādhyāyyabhyāsaḥ 2025–26 emerged as more than a workshop- it stood as a quiet revolution in Vedic revival. Individuals with minimal or no formal background in Sanskrit or the Vedas experienced an authentic Gurukul ambience and emerged as confident torchbearers of Vedic chanting. These selected Ved Pathis, ranging in age from 7 to 70 years and representing diverse backgrounds such as Ph.D. scholars, corporate professionals, government servants, and school students, returned to their respective regions equipped for Vedic mantroccharan.
Through their efforts, the life-affirming vibrations of Vedic wisdom are now spreading across India and beyond, creating a ripple effect that reaffirms the Vedas as a living, breathing legacy. With this summit, Divya Jyoti Ved Mandir once again demonstrated that the Vedic tradition thrives not merely through preservation, but through disciplined practice, lived experience, and dedicated transmission to future generations.
