With the objective of rekindling the inner spark of devotion among the devotees and to enthuse them to move interminably in their spiritual journey, Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan, under the sacred patronage of His Holiness Ashutosh Maharaj Ji (Founder & Head, DJJS) organized a magnificent devotional event ‘Salutations to Divya Guru’ on 28th January 2024 at Divya Dham Ashram, Delhi. The devotional event witnessed the assemblage of devotees from Delhi-NCR in huge numbers. DJJS representatives and spiritual orators of the event invigorated the devotees by reiterating the concept and significance of ‘Samadhi’ through thought provoking renditions and sole-soothing devotional hymns.
Remembering Gurudev Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji on his ongoing state of Samadhi, DJJS representative highlighted that surrender, trust, transparency and true devotion are absolutely critical to achieve the blessings of Satguru. This day reminds us that to become rich in spirit, one must embark on the journey of self-reflection and introspection. Satguru’s compassion and love gently guides us from the worldly maze of illusions, delusions and ignorance to true knowledge and proximity to the almighty.
DJJS representatives elucidated that Satguru resides at the nucleus of the spiritual realm of a devotee. ‘Brahm Gyan’ based meditation strengthens the bond of eternal companionship with the perfect master and is a gateway of spiritual ascendancy for the devotee. Absolute surrender at the lotus feet of guru emancipates the devotee from the shackles of material desires to supreme ecstasy.
In the end, DJJS representative concluded that true worship signifies dotingly remembering the Guru and imbibing and following his spiritual teachings. As the devotees of a true master our responsibility lies in evolving our minds and souls through the resolute meditation technique taught by His Holiness and contribute to the cause of global peace and enlightenment.
During the event, a play on “Bhakt Bharat” showing the eternal Guru-Shishya bond was also enacted by the selfless volunteers followed by a soul empowering meditation session. At the end, everyone paid their humble salutations unto the lotus feet of Divya Guru Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji. Verily, the event left the footprints of divine and spiritual consciousness on the minds of devotees.
