Students began with a five-minute warm-up, engaging in popular asanas such as Trikonasana (Triangle Pose), Virabhadrasana (Warrior Pose), and Padahastasana (Forward Bend Pose). The instructors demonstrated each pose meticulously, ensuring students could easily follow along. The session then progressed to Partner Yoga asanas, including Partner Forward Fold, Seated Spinal Twist, Temple Pose, and Double Tree Pose, which were met with enthusiastic participation. The activities were designed to reduce stress and improve concentration, combating issues such as unhealthy eating habits, excessive social media use, insufficient sleep, and lack of motivation.

Throughout the session, students practiced rhythmic chanting of shlokas and Pranayama (deep breathing exercises), fostering a relaxed and focused state of mind. The SAM volunteers and school teachers helped the students during the yoga session to better understand the instructions of the yoga trainers.

After 40 minutes of invigorating asanas, the focus shifted to mental rejuvenation. Sadhvi Dr. Shivani Bharti Ji addressed the students, emphasizing the significance of holistic health and its impact on overall well-being through various activities, demonstrations, scientific experimentations, and ice-breakers.

Principal Mrs. Manju Kaul Raina and Vice Principal Ms. Mehar Afsana shared their positive reflections on the session. "This initiative by SAM Workshop is invaluable in helping our students feel better both mentally and physically. We look forward to more sessions like this, which not only promote happiness but also foster a deeper understanding of oneself," they remarked.

Students also shared their feedback, expressing feelings of relaxation and renewed energy. They praised the SAM team's efforts and expressed interest in incorporating yoga into their daily routines and even volunteering with SAM.

As a token of appreciation for their enthusiastic participation, students were awarded the "SAMite" badges, symbolizing their commitment to maintaining a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
