To awaken the inner consciousness of people and to acquaint them with the cosmic dogmas of Lord Shiva, Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS) with the divine blessings of His Holiness Ashutosh Maharaj Ji (Founder & Head DJJS), organized a seven-day transcendental event of Shri Shiv Mahapuran Katha at Ranchi, Jharkhand from 22nd - 28th March 2026. Dr. Sarveshwar Ji decoded the true essence of the spiritual symbols and mysticism associated with Lord Shiva’s life. The Katha was given an auspicious beginning with the Vedic mantra chanting followed by devotional songs and theological interpretations captivating the devotees with the prayerful vibes and divinity of Lord Shiva.

The Katha orator elucidated that Lord Shiva is the supreme consciousness and the whole universe is the broadest form of Lord Shiva only therefore, it is imperative to understand the real facade of Lord Shiva as he is the embodiment of yogic traditions and enlightenment. The mystical ‘Divine Eye’ possessed by Lord Shiva symbolizes ‘Spiritual Awakening’. The third eye is the indication of Shiva's immense Yogic energy. Lord Shiva represents the state of spiritual renaissance or soul gratification that destructs our inner evils.
He remarked that Shiva is often considered as destroyer of cosmos, but the reality is that he destroys our ego, lust and arrogance and thus dissolves us unto him.

The orator further stated that the human life is especially meant for spiritual inquiry which can be fulfilled only by a perfect master. Only a perfect master removes the veil of darkness and shows us the light within ourselves. Our endeavour should be to comprehend the ancient way of understanding Lord Shiva and look out for a MahaYogi like him who can bestow the most sacred knowledge of ‘Brahm Gyan’ and can escort us on the path of divine adoration and sanctification.
Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji is conferring this Divine Knowledge on everyone today, empowering the devotees to attain truth and salvation. His benevolence has guided devotees to practice meditation and go deep within. The sacred fire of ‘Brahm Gyan’ nullifies the negativity and ignorance and enables us to realize Shiva in its purest form.
The devotees had sense of gratitude and peace after the Katha. They felt themselves to be fortunate to get the nectar of supreme divinity and tranquility and could locate the path to find Lord Shiva within.
