Shrimad Bhagwat Katha at Patiala, Punjab Opened the Gateway to Blissful World Within

Recently, DJJS organised Shrimad Bhagwat Katha at Patiala, Punjab from 27th March to 3rd April, 2018. It was huge gathering at one place that congregated to listen to divine words of Sadhvi Vaishnavi Bharti Ji (Orator of Katha and Disciple of Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji) who beautifully decoded the message behind god’s divine play.

Attended by numerous devotees, the Katha upraised them about the relevance of the sacred katha. Enchanting atmosphere was created when devotional songs were presented by selfless volunteers of DJJS. Various dignitaries namely; Sh. Vijay Sampla (Minister of Social Justice & Empowerment, Govt. of India), Smt. Maharani Preneet Kaur (Ex- Minister of State for External Affairs, Govt. of India), Sh. Surjeet Singh Rakhra (Former Minister of Water Supply and Sanitation, Govt. of Punjab), Sh. S. Hardyal Singh Kamboj (MLA, Rajpura), Sh. Madan Lal Jalalpur (MLA, Ghanaur), Sh. K.K. Sharma (Chairman, PRTC), Sh. Lal Singh (Chairman, Mandi Board, Punjab), Sh. Sanjeev Sharma Bittu (Mayor), Sh. Yoginder Singh Yogi (Senior Deputy Mayor, Patiala), Sh. Vinti Sangar (Deputy Mayor, Patiala), Sh. Surinder Kumar (Supervisor of Municipal Corporation, Patiala), Sh. Satyapal Singh (IAS, Registrar of Companies), Smt. Harpreet Kaur Mukhmelpur ( Ex. MLA) etc., also graciously marked their presence.

The Katha orator opened the gateways of true devotion and shared wisdom bites from Shrimad Bhagwat Katha. It was not merely an interesting story telling, but also helped unearth the hidden message behind divine play of Lord Shri Krishna.

Krishna is forgiving regardless of "one's past actions and sins", and "anyone and everyone is eligible to engage voluntarily in the process of bhakti yoga and attain the goal of pure devotion, irrespective of caste, social status, race or gender. She stated that Lord manifests to impart divine knowledge ‘Brahm Gyan’ so that ignorance can be eradicated from its roots. Lord Krishna agreed to become the charioteer to Arjun, not only to guide his Chariot but also to give him insights of life and what exists beyond that.

In today’s time, where every mind is corrupted, one does need true knowledge to connect soul towards right path of guidance. Bhakti is the path of yoga, or "union with the divine". Self-realization through Brahm Gyan is essential for realization of god, and in turn to disseminate peace and calmness in the world. Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji graciously grants divine knowledge, the gateway to the eternal blissful spiritual world within. Katha helped the masses to conquer malicious minds and transform them into positive channels of divine.
