With the blessings of the Divine, DJJS organised yet another seven days stupendous event of Shrimad Bhagwat Katha at Shiva Ji Inter Collage, Khukhundu bazaar, Dist.- Deoria in Uttar Pradesh, which commenced on 10th Feb till 16th Feb 2020. The event witnessed the presence of devotees and dignitaries. The auspicious programme began by paying homage at the lotus feet of Lord Krishna followed by series of various melodious hymns and devotional chants sung by the preacher disciples.
To eradicate malevolence from the civilisation, His Holiness Ashutosh Maharaj Ji started Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS), which is a social and spiritual organisation that creates awareness amongst individuals and helps them to follow the righteous path. Under the leadership of the Revered Master DJJS works towards the advancement and betterment of the society through various social and spiritual programs.
The spiritual orator Sadhvi Padmahasta Bharti Ji aesthetically illustrated that Shrimad Bhagwat Katha not only expresses the philosophy of life but also gives tremendous insight and new perspective to mankind to lead a virtuous life. The theory of life was well clarified in the various incidents that occurred in the life-span of Shri Krishna where he portrayed to be an ideal king of Dwarka, a true friend to his old mate Sudama and an outstanding disciple of his Guru Sandipani.
The preacher Sadhvi Ji re-iterated that the qualities of Lord Krishna can only be experienced when we eradicate the malice within and follow the path enlightened by our Guru that shall help us to attain liberation. This can only be attained through “Brahm Gyan”; the self-awakening, one stop formula that enlightens your mind and soul and helps to attain oneness with the Supreme Master. It calms the chaos within thus makes oneself peaceful and delighted.
The event also witnessed various social initiatives exhibition like Sanrakshan that is a (Natural Conservation Program) that aims to rebuild the diminishing bond between human-kind and nature. It also showcased variety of saplings and their benefits. This programme encouraged every individual to grow more plants that shall help to purify the environment. Yet another stall of Antarkranti (A Prisoner Reformation and Rehabilitation Program) was also a highlight that displayed the numerous handicrafts made by the convicts of the Tihar Jail that helps them to illuminate their criminal instincts and be more resourceful to the society.
The massive event of Shrimad Bhagwat Katha was a success as it helped to induce spiritual growth within the audience. The addresses were awestruck by the spectacular event as devotion pervaded their hearts and souls.
