Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS) under the mentorship of His Holiness Ashutosh Maharaj Ji organized a magnificent seven-day Shrimad Bhagwat Katha at Udaipur, Rajasthan from 24th to 30th Dec 2023. Katha program aimed at conveying the rich knowledge of scriptures to masses and awaken everyone to true spirituality through eternal method of Self-Realization also known as ‘Brahm Gyan- the knowledge of Brahman’. A large number of inquisitive devotees poured in and were mesmerized by the nectar of Katha. The soulful melodies composed with utmost devotion filled the hearts of attendees with the deepest emotions and love for Lord.
Sadhvi Vaishnavi Bharti Ji, preacher, and disciple of Shri Maharaj Ji, eloquently recited shlokas from the epic saga of Lord Krishna and explained the deep meaning enrooted in them. She also amalgamated the concepts from all other scriptures to unravel the laws of Supreme governing the human life and salvation. Sadhvi ji quoted various incidents from the life of Lord Krishna, his divine acts in establishing Dharma, and corroborated the instances with factual assertions.
She stated that no matter which era we live in, there is always a limit to which the human beings’ evil actions or adharma will be forgiven by the Supreme, adharma cannot last forever in the creation of the creator. She cited examples of Narkasur and Sishupal to explain the current state of the world being on the edge of adharma. Even though Naraka, the son of Mother Earth was invincible across Yugas, however when his evil actions reached a pinnacle where he kidnapped 16000 innocent women, then even the invincible four layers of his defence and weapons given by Lord Vishnu could not save him from his destruction. Similar is the case of Shishupal who was allowed 100 mistakes. However, instead of correcting his mistakes, he waited for the last but one mistake, the habit of following the path of adharma made him forget his count resulting in his end.
In a similar way, in the present times too, many are committing sins, following the path of vices and living in an illusion that there won’t be any repercussions. They too will meet the same fate as Shishupal or Narakasur when the limit to their sins will end. Therefore, to rise from the abyss and lead a life like Arjuna or Hanuman ji did, one must take refuge in truth, penance, and true knowledge. Because Lord Shri Krishna said in Gita - 'Even if you are the worst of sinners, you can cross the ocean of all sins and overcome sorrows by the boat of divine knowledge'. The fire of divine knowledge i.e. Brahm Gyan burns all the deeds to ashes.
The event was successful in communicating the very message of true divine knowledge and the purpose of this Human life. Sadhvi Ji pronounced, His Holiness is such a perfect Master of this epoch awakening every soul with direct perception of Lord within and bringing about the golden age of Truth and Dharma.
