Shrimad Bhagwat Katha was organised by DJJS in Karkardooma, Delhi from 10th to 17th May, 2015. The program commenced with the recitation of Vedic Hymns which made the aura sanguine and blissful.
Bhagwat Katha recounts the events of Lord Krishna’s life, his activities and transcendental pastimes. Katha orator, Sadhvi Vaishnavi Bharti Ji recited mind-illuminating pastimes of Shri Krishna with modern and scientific explanation. She explained that though Lord Krishna existed 5000 years back, yet his teachings and his way to live life are equally important to succeed in modern age.
Sadhvi Ji also explained the importance of Guru- the Enlightened Master, who descends on Earth solely to help man accomplish the purpose of his birth. And, hence to revel in the realms of ecstatic bliss and divinity, one has to know the importance of Inner soul, i.e., to gain peace within, one has to enlighten the soul through “Brahm Gyan”.
Sadhvi Ji also familiarized the masses about the multi- dimensional development programs undergoing under the proficient guidance of His Holiness Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, such as Santulan- for Female Protection, Manthan- Holistic Education & Welfare Program for Slum Children, Antardrishti -for Specially Abled People, Antarkranti- Reformation & Rehabilitation of Jail Inmates. Additionally, people were made aware of Akhand Gyan – the monthly Publication from DJJS.
