Dieting or Healthy Eating?

‘Size Zero’ is the need of the hour- this is the modern weight mantra of many people.  Probably, complying with the rule- ‘as is the demand, so is the supply’, we find the media flooded with programmes pertaining to health issues. 3. Researchers of Brigham Young University in 2001 found in their study of female high school students that 11% used laxatives to lose weight, 15% took appetite control pills, and 9% made themselves vomit after eating.
  4. …increased risk of premature mortality.
