Office is our second home. Rather, in today's times, it won't be wrong to say that our workplace has become our first home with respect to the time we spend there. SITTING RELATED DISEASES

One of the major health killers are the chairs of our offices. We sit for almost the entire day on the chair. Verily, the day is not far when we would come across such headlines- "Sitting has become the epidemic of the era!" Why so? It was published in the American Journal of Epidemiology that mortality and time spent in sitting have correlation with each other. This result came out after studying about 1,85,000 people for a period of around 14 years. Air conditioners (AC) have become an integral part in offices today. Without an AC, we can't even imagine a corporate world.
