Every aspect of life saga and form of Lord Shiva carries deep rooted spiritual substance as guiding light for seekers. To unveil the same to the masses under the divine guidance of His Holiness Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan organized a 5-day Bhagwan Shiv Katha program at Malout, Punjab from 15th to 19th Feb, 2023. Each day of katha program commenced with Vedic Chants and prayer unto the lotus feet of Lord Shiva sanctifying the outer and inner surroundings.
Sadhvi Jayanti Bharti Ji, the orator of the katha, was profound in her explanation of the various aspects of Lord Shiva’s teachings available to the humankind in the form of Guru Gita. Lord Shiva is the mighty lord of destruction, vital for the continuity of life i.e. destruction of Adharma, vices as demons of inner self paving the way for growth and new creation. Lord Shiva in the role of Perfect Master, reveals the element of God through the faculty of third eye turning inwards and guides disciple to connect with the primordial source to attain salvation from duality. Lord Shiva known for supreme power is most revered for his benign and merciful aspect too. He is the one who is easily pleased with devotion; to be known as ‘Ashutosh’.
Sadhvi ji then stated with immense reverence that His Holiness Ashutosh Maharaj Ji is such perfect master of this epoch, illuminating the seeker with the light of Divine Knowledge or Brahm gyan and awakening the Shiv tatva. This knowledge of self is the only technique to ply across from duality to Advait (Supreme) as indicated by the Lord’s Ardhanarishwar form. Connecting to this inner core or Shiv tatva, a being then turns into an epitome of wisdom, virtues and becomes reservoir of peace and bliss. Sadhvi exhorted that Brahm gyan is the only antidote for all the issues on society to be eliminated from the roots and that everyone should seek and inquire for such knowledge fulfilling their prime objective of human birth.
Devotees poured in large numbers from across the region on all days, finding themselves drenched in the divine love of Lord and collecting the precious gems of wisdom. Uniqueness of this Shiv Katha was in the fact that each fact was supported by a scientific base and explained logically. The soulful bhajans and stirring beats of Tandav stotram attuned surroundings to peaceful vibes. Selfless awakened volunteers worked untiringly throughout the event and inspired lot of seekers.
