Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS) organized a 7-day Bhagwan Shiv Katha at Chhatarpur, Delhi, from the 20th to 26th January 2024, under the divine guidance of His Holiness Ashutosh Maharaj Ji (Founder & Head, DJJS). A day before the Katha on 19th January 2024, Kalash Yatra (peace march) took place to mark the auspicious beginning of the Katha. The Yatra inspired the residents to take time out of their busy routine to attend the Katha.
The orator of the Katha, Sadhvi Garima Bharti Ji, beautifully explained that understanding Lord Shiva is realizing the highest state of inner consciousness. Sadhvi Ji drew attention to the fact that Lord Shiva is not just the destroyer of the demons or the universe but, more importantly, the bestower of divine knowledge (Brahm Gyan). Out of all the forms of Lord Shiva, his depiction as the benevolent teacher (Guru) sitting under the banyan tree in Dakshinamurti is the most fascinating.
As a Guru, Lord Shiva indicates the divine knowledge through which one can see God. The opening of Lord Shiva's third eye signifies delving into the state of supreme ecstasy. The actual pursuit of knowing Lord Shiva is possible only by seeing the Almighty inside. A perfect Guru opens our third eye by providing us with the knowledge of 'Brahm Gyan' and enables us to witness the direct experience of God within ourselves. The actual worship of Lord Shiva begins the moment one experiences the eternal knowledge of the inner self through 'Brahm Gyan.'
Many prestigious guests attended the program and appreciated the organization’s efforts. The audience was overwhelmed witnessing such great significance of spirituality and highly praised the constant efforts of DJJS. Devotional songs and insightful presentations further enriched the event. Many well-known print & electronic media featured the program in their news portals with praises and images.
The program concluded with an emphasis on gaining the divine knowledge only a True Guru can provide. Many devotees grasped the essence of Bhagwan Shiv Katha and stepped forward to get initiated into Brahm Gyan, which is the true purpose of human life. The doors of DJJS will always remain open for everyone to begin their spiritual journey.
