Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS) organized a five-day program of ‘Bhagwan Shiv Katha’ at Sirsa, Haryana from 14th to 18th February 2023. Sadhvi Garima Bharti Ji, the Katha orator and disciple of His Holiness Ashutosh Maharaj Ji (Founder and Head, DJJS), explained the theological dogmas advocated by our holy scriptures highlighting the benevolent and ascetic life of Lord Shiva. The Katha commenced with humble prayers at the lotus feet of Lord Shiva, followed by chanting of holy hymns and devotional songs along with insightful presentations and a series of spiritual discourses delivered by preacher disciples of Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji.
Sadhvi Ji exquisitely expounded that Lord Shiva is considered as the universal Guru of meta-physical knowledge. Shiva connotes the ultimate supreme power of Yoga, meditation, and cosmic energy. He is acknowledged as the destroyer of ego, and his true worship helps us to rid ourselves of our false ego and connect with the divine within us. Sadhvi Ji explained that Lord Shiva’s destructive power is often misunderstood. But in reality, it is destruction for regeneration as we cannot progress towards God realization unless we rescind our vices.
DJJS representative further reiterated that Shiva cannot be comprehended or described; Shiva is meant to be experienced through the perceivable knowledge of ‘Brahm Gyan’ by opening of the third eye. The holy grandeur of ‘Brahm Gyan’ contains the pearls of eternal wisdom and the sacred laws of eternal science. Meditation backed by supreme knowledge dispels fear and strengthens the soul. Meditation assists in training the mind to relax consciously by concentrating on the divine light within ourselves. Every spiritual aspirant who is endeavoring for salvation needs a true Guru as the charioteer in the battlefield of spiritual life. A spiritually empowered Guru is the embodiment of Shiva himself as he has the mystic superpower to transform the inner self of a devotee to attain the state of tranquility through spiritual enlightenment. Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji is one such perfect visionary of the contemporary times who has adopted the great objective of revolution in human beings and peace in the world through the knowledge of ‘Brahm Gyan’.
Sadhvi Ji, while bringing the Katha to an end, profoundly invited everyone to attain ‘Brahm Gyan’ and be the part of movement of World Peace. Everyone present at the gathering were moved by the thought-stimulating divine insights. Devotees left the event with renewed hope to tread the spiritual path. Their hearts resounded with salutations at the lotus feet of His Holiness.
