To decode the message of peace and enlightenment, Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan organized a soulful and mesmerizing devotional concert 'Bhaj Govindam’ at Rajpura, Punjab on June 26, 2022. The spiritual event was a perfect amalgamation of devotional songs and life-transforming discourses. DJJS representative and disciple of His Holiness Ashutosh Maharaj Ji (Founder & Head, DJJS), Sadhvi Garima Bharti Ji eloquently explained the relevance of devotional music in engraving peace and equanimity in a devotee’s life. Comprising of enchanting devotional songs and captivating discourses, the event witnessed the presence of followers and devotees in huge numbers.
Speaking about the relevance of Devotional Songs, Sadhvi Ji elucidated that Devotional Music has the power to tranquil the restless thoughts of a being. Also, it fosters positive vibes, gives relaxation, reduces stress and increases self-esteem. But, it is also true that the devotional songs beget positive aura and serenity when the listener and the singer both are enlightened souls. Complete proximity with God can be achieved only after realizing the eternal name of the Lord within this human body. Self-Realization is the ultimate route to self-discovery and salvation.
