To enliven and celebrate the most sacred and eternal bond on Earth, the divine relationship between Guru and disciple, and to sing the boundless glory of the Perfect Spiritual Master, Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthanorganised the soul-enriching Dev Durlabh Shri Guru Purnima Mahotsav 2025. On 10th July 2025, the sacred land of Nurmahal, Punjab was adorned with fragrant flowers, radiant lights, colorful rangolis, intricate artworks, and majestic decorations. Thousands of devotees, along with esteemed guests and dignitaries,gathered to offer their heartfelt obeisance to their beloved Gurudev Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji.
The celebrations commenced with the sacred recital of Vedic Mantras by Brahm Gyani Ved Pathis. This was followed by the auspicious Aarti of Gurudev, which infused the atmosphere with serenity and deep devotion, drawing every mind and heart into surrender at the lotus feet of the Master. The divine ambience was further elevated by melodious musical renditions, composed with spiritually uplifting lyrics, stirring the very core of each devotee present.
Devoted Preacher-disciples of Divya Guru Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji delivered soul-nourishing and thought-provoking discourses, extolling the grace and guidance of the Perfect Master. They expounded upon the profound and subtle Guru-disciple bond, a relationship, which is deep and sacred as compared to any otherbond in the world. Much is written and sung about the divine love between the Guru and his disciples; but only those initiated into Brahm Gyan and who, like the Gopikas of Lord Krishna, have immersed themselves in that divine love, can understand its depth and piousness.
The preachers further emphasized that the sanctity of the Guru-disciple bond is anchored in obedience to the Guru’s commandments. A disciple remains a true disciple only as long as he steadfastly follows the path shown by the Guru, the path of Brahm Gyan, upheld through the pillars of Sewa, Sadhna, Sumiran, and Satsang. When a disciple surrenders wholeheartedly with commitment and integrity, the Lord of Grace - the Guru, then elevates even the most ordinary life to unimaginable spiritual heights, beyond the grasp of human intellect.
Waves of devotion and heartfelt emotions swept across the venue. The compassionate grace of the Guru was tangibly felt, deepening the sacred bond with each disciple present. A sattvic community feast followed the program. Devotees felt truly blessed to be in the holy abode of the Perfect Master of this era.
