To foster spiritual connection with the divine and to create an atmosphere of reverence and worship, the Nehru Place branch of ‘Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan’ organized a soulful devotional concert- ‘Divya Bhajan Sandhya’ on Sunday, 17th November 2024 at NCUI Auditorium and Convention Centre, Hauz Khas, New Delhi. The prayerful event was conducted under the divine patronage of His Holiness Ashutosh Maharaj Ji (Founder & Head, DJJS). The event brought together guests from various walks of life for an evening of spiritual reflection, bhajans, and divine discourse.
The evening commenced with the ceremonial lamp lighting creating an ambience of reverence and spiritual bliss. The concert featured a series of devotional melodies presented by DJJS volunteers and preachers present on the stage to awaken the inner consciousness of the devotees whose spiritual analysis was presented by Sadhvi Parma Bharti Ji in a very remarkable manner. The soul-stirring bhajans were crafted to invoke the divine, leaving the audience in a state of spiritual tranquillity. The rhythmic beats, harmonious melodies, and heartfelt lyrics created a divine atmosphere, enriching the hearts and minds of all present.
Sadhvi Parma Bharti Ji in her spiritual discourse emphasized the importance of devotion and humility on the path of spirituality. She elucidated the cosmic treasures contained in the bhajans and encouraged the audience to seek the divine refuge of a perfect master in order to establish a deep and eternal relationship with God. With profound clarity and wisdom, she delved into the ultimate purpose of life, the human connection with the Almighty, and the crucial relationship with the Satguru, or the true spiritual master.
Sadhvi Ji highlighted that the key to attaining ultimate peace and enlightenment lies in seeking the guidance of a Satguru who is not merely a teacher but a divine guide who helps one connect with the higher self and the eternal truth. Through the practice of ‘Brahm Gyan’ and surrendering to the will of the perfect master, individuals can transcend worldly attachments and experience the divine.
The devotional concert concluded with the chanting of the sacred ‘Aarti’, invoking the divine blessings. The collective chanting elevated the spiritual energy of the attendees.
The event was dedicated to ‘Manthan’ (Holistic Education Program for Underprivileged)- a social initiative of DJJS which is primarily focused on strengthening the core educational foundation of under- privileged children of the society, elevating their moral conduct and thereby nurturing a child at academic, physical, mental and spiritual front.
