Music touches us emotionally, where words alone cannot. Music helps us to dissolve the perplexities and purify the character and sensibilities, and in time of care and distress, will keep a fountain of joy alive in us. It is continuously ringing within all of us but the outside vibrations subdue those sounds. This inner divine music is unlike all the music perceived through our senses. Following this mantra, Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS) - a social and spiritual organisation under the holy grace of its founder His Holiness Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, organised a Devotional concert “Jagrati” on 28th January 2018 in Ludhiana, Punjab. The presenter of the concert was Sadhvi Garima Bharti Ji, disciple of Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji.
“Jagrati” means “Awaken” i.e. to rekindle the positive vibes within all of us. In the present era where the negativity is at its peak, maintaining the positive attitude and spirit is a task easier said than done. So, to awaken those positive vibes and to safeguard one from the negative aspects we need to tether ourselves with the ultimate source of positivity i.e. our Lord. Devotion is the key to an everlasting relation between a devotee and master. A devotee can be truly devoted to his master only if he is connected internally with his Lord and follows his instructions. The bhajan sandhya “Jagrati” spread the message of importance of “Reawakening of the soul” to spread the message of Inner transformation through total reformation. The devotional songs by well-trained musician disciples mesmerised the audience. The presenter Sadhvi Garima Bharti Ji narrated many spiritual instances and explained the spiritual meaning behind each devotional bhajan. The inspiring and meaningful lyrics of the bhajans gained the attention of audience to the fullest. This bhajan sandhya put forward the goal of the organisation which is “World Peace” through the eternal science of Brahm Gyan.
The presenter and the musicians were successful in spreading the message of Brahm Gyan (The Eternal Knowledge) to the masses. The various devotional songs touched the hearts of the audience and created an aura of positivity within the surrounding environment. Sadhvi Ji conveyed the intricacy of a relation between master and disciple. Eternal happiness can only be attained through the realisation of God through the grace of the Perfect Master. The Theme Jagrati successfully provided the way of inner transformation through the eternal science of Brahm Gyan.
