Aligned with the national theme, DJJS Aarogya’s Ayurveda 360° Vision continues to serve as a global hub for promoting Ayurvedic mega-festivals, community outreach programs, and traditional clinical wellness practices. The initiative highlights the importance of prevention and holistic natural healing through:

  • Seasonal and daily Ayurvedic routines (Dinacharya & Ritucharya)
  • Use of herbal oils and traditional remedies essential for maintaining balance
  • Practical demonstrations of Ayurvedic treatment methodologies and self-care practices
  • Diet principles tailored to individual body types (Prakriti-based nutrition)
  • Stress-management techniques, helping participants integrate calmness and mental clarity into daily life

Ayurvedic practitioners at the stall guided visitors through simple, sustainable practices designed to cultivate long-term physical and mental well-being.

Over the course of the mela, DJJS conducted four key activities, engaging nearly 2,000 beneficiaries from various age groups. The highlight was the Nukkad Natak (street play), performed multiple times daily to raise awareness on prevention-centric living, lifestyle disorder and the importance of mind–body balance through Ayurvedic wisdom.

The stall attracted continuous footfall as families, youth, senior citizens, and healthcare students explored interactive models, educational charts, herbal samples, and one-on-one wellness discussions. Additionally, guided demonstrations helped participants understand how ancient practices can be seamlessly integrated into modern routines.
